& shows
Parked near the entrance, the Time Machine draws people like a magnet. Cosplayers, families and lifelong fans queue for photos all day – it's the photo op of the event.
Why organisers book it
A star attraction
A living display
Working lights, sound effects and theatrical smoke make the car feel like it's come to life.
Cosplay heaven
Doc Browns, Marty McFlys and every other character imaginable pose with it all day.
All-day queues
From young families to 80s fans, everyone wants a picture – and keeps coming back.
Fully hosted
Nick stays with the car, answers questions and keeps the crowds safe.
NEC Birmingham
Classic Motor Show 2024
The NEC Classic Motor Show is the ultimate gathering for car lovers – more than 3,000 classic and iconic cars under one roof. The Time Machine joined the DeLorean Owners Club stand, which quickly became one of the busiest in the hall.
Children, adults and grandparents stopped to take photos, ask questions and share their own memories of seeing the DeLorean on screen. Some had dreamed of seeing one up close for years.
